• Working with Field Sales Coordinators, handle all closing activity in all designated accounts.• Handling all inventory calculations and garment sizing with new customers.• Drafting new account sales paperwork/packets for new customers and process properly and timely.• Keeping the CRM database updated with current and relevant information that will assist in the development of strategies to convert prospects into customers.• Debrief FSC’s daily when they are working in a sales territory and assist them with scheduling their call activity. Point them in the right direction.• Participating in trade show and association meetings when assigned.• Visiting prospects weekly to move them closer to becoming a customer.• Making callbacks weekly on prospects recently visited. • Making appointments each week for the purpose of making a presentation, negotiating pricing.• Closing new accounts each week.

• Coordinating import and export shipments. (Sea freight)• Preparing shipping documents.• Liaising with Suppliers and Buyers to coordinate container shipments.• Updating supplier and buyer with the latest shipping information.• Preparing shipping documents and packing lists once the shipment has departed.• Monitoring payment and follow up with buyers on late payments.• Updating shipping monthly reports.
