Ensure that all documents in the employee file comply with the documents needed as set bythe Labor Law and Social Insurance- Maintain proper relationship & communication with all governmental associations (social insurance offices, labor office, & medical insurance authority)- Review and manage employee after hiring benefits including social insurance (form 1,2,6) , medical insurance, bank account and other related employee logistics needed- Review monthly attendance including overtime and short time, leaves report, working days, deductions, sick leaves and official vacations that will reflect on employees’ salary and manage vacations yearly settlements- Handle all termination procedures and following up on the law suits if available experience- Handling the government needs related to annual detailed sick leaves reports and accident detailed reports per case, investigations and legal cases- Following up and approving the travel and transportation allowances Dealing with government interests and inspections Supplying insurance forms and sick leaves Issuance of car insurance certificates

Maintain proper relationship & communication with all governmental associations (social insurance offices, labor office, & medical insurance authority)- Handling all employees requests concerning their salaries and their social insurance services.- Assist with on-boarding process for new hires and handling all the resignation process.- Dealing with the social insurance institution to activate and deactivate the employee’s subscriptions and following up with them.- Contact with the bank to handle employee’s requirements concerns their bank account.- Solving all employees’ problems to meet their satisfaction and ensure to have healthy environment to work.- Provide support to employees in various HD-related topics such as leaves and resolve any issues that may arise.- Assist in development and implementation of new HR policies.- Maintain employee’s files and records on Excel database.- Capability of doing deals to enhance employee’s satisfaction by providing more benefits to them. - Ensure compliance with labor law regulations.
