• Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.• Maintain network and system security.• Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, software deployment, security updates.• Evaluate and modify system's performance.• Assign configuration of authentication and authorization of directory services.• Assist in the support of network design, planning, implementation and in the maintenance of all routers and switchers to ensure optimum performance .• Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.• Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.• Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary.• Grant permission and privilege to users.• Configure external storage NAS Storage.• Configure incoming calls and outgoing calls and configuring IVR and creating extensions and queues and troubleshooting issue related with VoIP.
