• Understand reporting needs of all lines of business and design reports that provide stakeholders with accurate measurements of the business drivers, specifically as they pertain to the brand.
• Provide reports for all new initiatives, including pilot programs and other marketing activities.
• Facilitate focus groups of members to gain an understanding of the user requirements as they pertain to the sales channel.
• Assist restaurant managers with their requests when they call the COT in reference to customer complaints, customer delivery time or any other requests pertaining to the business needs.
• Create & maintain EDSS & SDM reports as per business needs.
• Verify reports consistency between ALOHA system & SDM system.

• To act as a support to the Forecasting and Planning.
• Ensuring that all the scheduling processes concerning resourcing and staff planning are delivered and maintained for the overall benefit of the Operational areas of the Business.
• Build an effective pattern of staffing that closely matches call profiles whilst identifying resource gaps needed in addition to those scheduled.
• Carry out frequent optimization of shift patterns and off line activity to ensure the best fit for the business and minimize staffing costs.
