Working as:- Casing Cutter Operator.- Hytorc Operator.- Well Head (machining, install)KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:* PIPE cold cutting using a portable pneumatic cutter machine and HI TORK machine operator .* Involved with pre-defined operation installation , maintenance, testing, troubleshooting and technical assistant based on good engineering, manufacturing, installation and operations practices as applicable wellhead and x-mas tree tools and in accordance with contractual work scope requirements .* install, remove, repair, assemble, disassemble and test wellhead equipment ( casing heads. Casing spools, tubing heads. Valves, etc )* Ensure compliance with all applicable quality, Health, safety, and environmental regulation * Wellhead repair , testing and installing in base * Responsible for all maintenance activities as maintenance team supervisor * Engineering and follow-up of Production* Perform administrative functions; such as writing technical reports, ordering materials, securing quotations,preparing job status reports, reports to customers, time sheet and expense sheets on a complete timely, and thorough basis * Provide leadership and technical direction to skilled labor performing work on customer sites Perform on-site installation of systems and equipment and ongoing preventive maintenance, repair and calibration after installation* Provide technical instruction and assistance to customer representatives regarding installation, operation, calibration, repair and maintenance at customer's sites* Respond to requests for emergency repairs and services to troubleshoot equipment’s failures.

• Working as service specialist with the famous “Weather Ford” in many sites in Egypt in the following 1- Operating and maintaining hydraulic casing and Tubing tongs .2- Fill up tools KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead and execute assembly/installation and alignment of the equipment.-- Perform administrative functions; such as writing technical reports, ordering materials, securing quotations, preparing job status reports, reports to customers, time sheet and expense sheets on a complete timely, and thorough basis.- Assisting in the office or in the repair/test assembly area when it is required.- Procedures have been followed – to avoid accidents, damage to equipment, loss of test data and harm to the environment. - Comply fully with client quality procedures for equipment and personnel feedback.- Liaise with Operations manager to ensure he is fully informed about operations. - Compile end of job report, to include problem areas which support continuous improvement. Report any hazardous defects in plant, equipment and workplace, or shortcomings in the existing controls to a responsible person without delay.- I have managed to work under extreme weather condition and always managed to do the tasks I was assigned safely.
