Prepare the project’s baseline program in coordination with the planning engineer. Prepare all the project resources forecasts (Manpower, Plant) in coordination with the planning engineer in order to load the baseline program’s resources and further maintain all resources to be within the project budget. Communicate effectively with procurement department and material suppliers, review all materials’ technical data sheets, negotiate prices, and approve suppliers.

To be responsible for managing the civil site activities. To coordinate between the different subcontractors during construction stages. Quantity surveyor. To deal with client / consultant representative engineers. Managing and monitoring the civil work construction activities.
