I led and provided second line support on high profile projects which aimed to certify banks with local switches (NAPS, UAE switch, KNET, BNEFT) and international switches (VISA, MASTERCARD), both involving the integration of modern smart card applications and technology- EMV, ATM & POS.In addition, I directed projects focused on incorporating bank switches with alternate delivery channels such as IVR, e-Banking, and call centres, among other core banking platforms.♦ Selected as Employee of the Year (2008) in recognition of outstanding performance.
