I played fundamental role in the successful transformation to a cashless based environment in Egypt.I am responsible for streamlining processes, conducting routine evaluations, and establishing distinct benchmarks such as KPIs for the System Delivery division.I oversee implementation of innovative e-payment solution designs and accelerate the execution of test strategies via Agile.I also administer the successful integration of e-commerce payment systems for a wide range of clientele via ensuring prerequisites are met and spearhead key initiatives including the design and employment of new products, and sales strategies.

I was primarily accountable for the coordination and oversight of full suite of processes within the System Delivery department including team development and support, test design and launch, and departmental KPIs. I formulated and applied highly beneficial solutions for government payments and collections and delivery subsidiaries, and coordinated delivery systems, ensuring adherence to agile standards and continuously assessing customer impact.

I consistently supported the application and delivery of e-payments solutions and carried out comprehensive testing prior to implementation of new platforms. I also oversaw third line of support and ensured fulfilment of new customer requirements

I actively expedited system delivery for both internal and external projects. I led the system delivery and testing teams, and keenly promoted cross-departmental collaboration to ensure smooth implementation. I performed rigorous analysis of system delivery and testing processes to identify and apply required modifications and generated detailed status reports which were presented to senior management.

Held multiple key roles including, Team Lead, for the delivery of channel applications, and Project Manager for innovative EFT projects and administered all e-payment related procedures including pre-sales activities, design of e-payment product road map, and appropriate solution schemes.I actively consulted with banks in order to arrive at harmonized solutions and oversaw full project life-cycle ensuring suitable preparation, comprehensive follow up, and assessment and mitigation of perceived risks. I led and provided second line support on high profile projects which aimed to certify banks with local switches (NAPS, UAE switch, KNET, BNEFT) and international switches (VISA, MASTERCARD), both involving the integration of modern smart card applications and technology- EMV, ATM & POS.In addition, I directed projects focused on incorporating bank switches with alternate delivery channels such as IVR, e-Banking, and call centres, among other core banking platforms.♦ Selected as Employee of the Year (2008) in recognition of outstanding performance.
