Additionally, I have served as a member of the operating committee for large-scale PV solar power plants.• Executing of operation & maintenance Plan with Compliance to Safety Standards.• Leading & coordinating the operation & maintenance Team.• Optimal performance of the plant by achieving the operation matrix budget.• Preparing the monthly invoice with the OFFTAKER.• Successful procurement, negotiation, supervision and completion of the key incomplete works and punchlist items.• Manage advisors, Lender’s and Owner’s Engineers and the associated relationships, communication and information flow.• Prompt responding to corrective maintenance cases to troubleshoot, test, and repair.• Support the analysis which summarises the key requirements and conditions the project needs to comply with under the Project Documents (e.g. PPA, Connection Agreement, Usufruct Agreement), the Finance Documents (e.g. CTA) and the key permits & licenses.
