As member of the management team, I contributed to the development and implementation of strategies,goals & objectives for Grundfos Egypt, Libya and Sudan.·Managed purchase & logistics processes starting from order booking and purchase orders to final delivery. • Supervised all production activities including management of equipment & workforce to achieve volume, cost, quality and on time shipment targets. • Established & maintained production schedules including production line workflow & assembly methods. • Developed technical designs & drawings for explosion proof products - lighting fixtures & junction boxes - for the Egyptian market. • Built a vendor base for all items of the bill of materials and machines for the Italsmea plant in Egypt. • As Assistant Project Manager installed 93 joints and 12 terminations on the 9.5 km 220 KV transmission line from Basous power station to Shamal power station for Pirelli • As Site Engineer, installed lighting system for the gas turbine building of Shamal power generating station.
