As a Teaching Assistant, I help students with any question about curriculum and material to help them better understand content. I am responsible for grading student assignments, exams, and projects. I communicate to our students through giving feedback to help them improve. As a Research Assistant, I aid my professor with research. Our research primarily focuses on technology, artificial intelligence, and education. I was given the opportunity to be a co-author research paper about how artificial intelligence is being used in undergraduate education.

The main part of my position was to produced computer disks using Kodata, that contained our customer's monthly records. These records were updated every month to reflect pricing and payroll information. I was given the project of organized a database for Microsoft licenses that we issue. This database was designed for auditing purposes and will help protect the company whenever they are audited to see when and what licenses were issued and to whom. Also, I was a part of the team that Issued the Microsoft licenses to customers and internal team members. Because I worked with deploying licenses to customer, I handled confidential customer information.

Being a bank teller, I performed daily transactions for members in a timely manner, creating a rapport while not sacrificing their time. Through my years with the company I assisted members with fraud that had occurred on their accounts and submitted documentation to resolve the issue at hand. Working for a credit union we were held to the highest of ethical standard, we followed the rules and regulations to the letter. To follow federal laws I would submit CTRs and SARs as necessary. One major daily responsibility I was given was keeping my cash drawer balanced at all times through counting by hand. By the end of my time at Texans Credit Union my cash drawer limit was $25,000.

As a Water Safety Instructor, we were given the opportunity to teach infants to adults how to swim and be safe in and around the water. I taught my students both survival skills and competitive strokes. Also, I was given to opportunity to teach a few diving classes along with my normal classes. Besides teaching others how to swim we needed to communicate with parents about how their child was progressing and how they could best help their child outside of classes.
