 Responsible for candidate recruitment to meet the staffing needs of the company's clients The priorities of these efforts are market driven and set by management. Involved in the entire recruitment process from sourcing to placing a consultant. Maintain database records utilizing all active and inactive candidates, ensuring an accurate pipeline of qualified technical professionals. Ensure appropriate quality submissions are being done on sensible rates.  Directly involved in salary and contract negotiations of the selected candidates. Sourcing candidates through Career Builder, Monster, and Bond Adapt. Formatting resumes  Handling Agency requirements independently finalizing the rates, submitting the candidates profile Perform all recruiting functions needed to fill clients open job positions Activities include: Internet resume search, internal company database leverage, and direct contact to possible candidates, interviewing the candidates, negotiating. Scheduling interview for the consultants. Recruited on almost all spheres of IT and ITES skills mostly at various levels. Responsible for the full hiring cycle, sourcing, pre-screening, short listing, coordination, scheduling interviews, negotiating with the salary, closing the deals, post offer follow up, preparing for background checks and drug tests. Identify prospective candidates according to the skills required. Scheduling technical/HR interviews and follow-up on feedback. Post offer follow up with the candidates. Training the fresher joining the team Aggressive enough to close on position before competitors close on it.
