I have eight years of experience in applying a human-centered design approach to empathize with users, understand their needs and challenges, and co-create solutions that are desirable, feasible, and impactful.I have a Bachelor's Degree in Design and Visual Communications, and I am skilled in communication, writing, and analytical skills, as well as in facilitation, ideation, prototyping, and testing. I am passionate about embracing diversity, looking through different lenses, and building solutions that make a positive difference in people's lives. I have also been a mentor for social entrepreneurs and a winner of several awards and grants for my innovative projects. I am motivated by iDE's mission to create income and livelihood opportunities for the poor and marginalized.
