With more than 15 years of experience in the industry, I have developed a strong expertise in project management, engineering design, risk assessment, and cost control.I lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to ensure optimal performance and productivity. I collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, managing procurement processes and overseeing vendor and contractor work to meet project objectives. I implement performance monitoring systems to track and analyze key project metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. I also ensure compliance with relevant regulations and permits, and promote a safe working environment for all personnel.
