-Implementation of “Manage Engine Service Desk Plus” system, which is a comprehensive team and asset management software, that provides team agents and IT leaders an integrated console to monitor and maintain (IT & IS assets) and their user service requests, taking into considerations SLA between users and IT support team.- Collecting weaknesses and threats in Oracle ERP modules through service desk’s user requests and meetings with department heads to turn them into opportunities, which are set as goals for the next year's business Plan.
