Current•Managing a team of 20+ Functional and Technical Consultants•Setting and communicating clear goals and deadlines based on team KPIs, delegating tasks, distributing workload between team members, monitoring team performance and reporting on metrics•Support Team members in proper execution of the IMS contracts to achieve great customer satisfaction in liaison with other Infor Teams•Implement Infor best practices for better execution: tools and processes•Contribute to the improvement of the quality of delivery by facilitating continuous improvement plans•Provide leadership to the team acting as a positive role model at all times•Develop, support and motivate employees, identify areas for training needs and perform quality checks•Conduct team meetings to keep the team members informed about current progress, upcoming projects and to share best practices and expectations•Work closely with Infor senior management on Team's vision and development strategy•Oversee team members work for quality and SLA compliance, answer questions, be available for team members and help them with any issues they are struggling•Prepare personal development plan for each team member and work closely with employees by fulfilling the mentor or coach role towards achieving the specified team and personal goals and enable their growth within company structures•Ensure that knowledge management systems and documentation are kept up to date by Team members•Recruit and hire new employees as well as make sure that their on-boarding and transition process runs smoothly so that they get operational and start performing within the expected timeline•Interact with customers, answer customer management enquires and effectively handle escalations or complaints from stakeholders (internal or external)•Ensure that local HR/Infor/statutory rules are in place and being followed by the employees•Suggest and organize team building activities•Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
