• Go through the process of DADD ( Discover, Analyze, Design Defend)• Participate in customer Calls • Listen to customer problems and provide Technical solution using Dell HW and SW• Convince new Customers with Dell portfolio• Work closely with Various Teams in order to Win New Opportunities or solve Customer Issues• Maintain a strong Knowledge of Competitors Portfolio such as ( Hitachi, IBM, HPE, Netapp, Pure)
