• Work closely with Various Teams in order to Win New Opportunities or solve Customer Issues
• Maintain a strong Knowledge of Competitors Portfolio such as ( Hitachi, IBM, HPE, Netapp, Pure)

• Measure customers hardware/software performance and analyze it’sweaknesses to propose a new better solution
• Work closely with sales teams in building new or existing solutions
• Size scenarios to create new configurations and better solutions.
• Develop technical hardware/software quotations and configurations
• Maintain strong knowledge of Dell products roadmap, competition,and technology updates
• Respond to technical questions regarding Dell hardware/softwareproducts and services
