There I practiced both residential and commercial representation, specializing in site evaluation for companies like Starbucks, PetSmart, and The Gap while spending nearly a decade among the Top 1% of Realtors® in this hyper-competitive market. Subsequently, I turned my expertise toward building a business along with my engineer husband, Duncan. The result, Pondhop, was a multi-million dollar industrial automation firm where I honed my skills in negotiation, financial analysis, and personnel management as director of operations with oversight of dozens of employees.Having relocated to Bainbridge Island after the sale of our company in 2019, I now apply my experience in real estate and entrepreneurship to helping buyers and sellers in this idyllic community.
