Current• Drive new business through a number of prospecting channels aiming to work with customers to better manage their energy spend and achieve client driven outcomes related to their energy goals. • Participate in regular training sessions with the sales team on effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and objection handling.• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of the sales process and timely resolution of customer account related questions.• Manage key accounts, fostering long-term relationships and securing renewals, leading to a high customer retention rate.
