Acted as primary source for all ERISA Certified Statement questions and audit inquiries. ▪ Completed 2008 review and expansion of the FPTC Employee Benefit Plan Policies and Procedures. Administrative procedures and policies controlling new business acceptance, cashiering functions, trust reporting and risk management practices were absent or obsolete. Formed FPTC team and gained approval on 15 new and revised procedures. ▪ Implemented Third Party Administrators and Fidelity Relationship Manager training to properly establish new clients and convert existing brokerage platform business to FPTC Trust Platform. Business was experiencing poor or improperly executed documentation. Retained 18 existing TPA ($1.2B) relationships while expanding 28 TPA relationships ($1.9B).▪ Led Risk Compliance review of FPTC Custody and Trust Agreements in response to business need for less complex documentation. Competitive pressures were mounting from players offering streamlined processes. Reduced agreements by 14 pages and reduced required signatures required from 8 to 3. Resulted in $50MM in new platform assets in 90 day period.▪ Spearheaded business conversion of largest TPA from Custodian product to Directed Trustee product for $150K in additional annual revenue.
