Innov8ITI fulfill a dual role as a Business Analyst and Project Manager for Innov8IT of in house software solutions. My current projects include an Employee Performance Monitoring Platform and Medical Product Procurement Software suite.I am responsible for identifying key areas for improvement and opportunities for new features. I create the Functional and Design documentation needed for implementation by a remote development team based in India. Furthermore, I provide guidance to the development team and undertake extensive functional and usability testing to ensure we deliver our products to specification and on time.Line of Sight Technology / SARPAMI currently engage in all technical related requirements, from research to design and implementation for a new IoT based project consisting of mobile and web applications, working with javascript, Appery.io, Sigfox radio signals etc.I also manage the projects we take on for additional funding by working together with an outsourced development firm.

-Install and set up client software and vpn-Ensure network drives are setup and stable-Assign IP addresses accordingly and in a fashionable manner-Set up and configure various types of printers and POS equipment on local machines and networks-Resolve client network issues-Train support staff and ensure support is done adequately-Manage and control flow of stock-Debug and assist in resolving bugs within the POS system-Provide network and POS solutions for clients-Sales of POS systems-Train clients on usage of POS system
