In 1996, I started on the front lines in basic PC installs / desktop support and have worked my way up into more specialized IT services. I am primarily and storage and virtualization specialist. My focus has always been customer service driven. Whether the customer is an in-house user or a client I have been contracted out to work for. A good customer service reputation can make all the difference in a company's future. There is no better feeling in this industry than solving problems and relieving the stress for your customers.I am currently Dell storage certified and hold many Dell certifications. I look forward to always expanding my knowledge in all aspects of technology.
