Assist in Import procedures as and when required in respect of opening of TT, LC and logistics management. Assist in Tax planning, Financial projections and Tax regulatory and legal compliances. Update the transactions in the company accounting software and send the report to the group consolidation manager by the 10th working day of each month. Also update cash and bank transactions on the accounting software on a weekly basis. Manage all aspects of travel, accommodation and logistics arrangement including but not limited to flights, hotel bookings, ground transportation for Senior Management and visitors. Responsible for all HR related activities such as Payroll, recruitment, preparation of pre-employment forms, benefits, employee orientation and or terminations.
