Led growth of the Software Engineering department from two Software Engineers to six groups with over twenty engineers of various disciplines. Architected and implemented RailComm's industry leading DOC® Domain Operations Controller system. This system is currently installed on all North American Class I railroads, several commuter transit lines and many smaller railroads, both domestic and international. Supported customers through System Installation, Training and Support. Instrumental in winning contracts by providing technical sales support and providing domain knowledge.

Formerly General Railway Signal, which was acquired by Alstom in 1997. Designed and developed supervisory train control systems for both domestic and international customers. Traveled domestically and internationally to install and commission supervisory train control systems. Responsible for hiring intern software engineers.
