Directly responsible for Management of the Service Sustaining Board (SSB), which evaluates and delivers Service Organizational Changes via Stakeholder/Impact Analysis, Risk Management, Cost-Benefit Prioritization, and Cross-Functional Team Management. Areas of Impact include: Global Service (Technical Operations) Strategy, Maintenance Strategy and Delivery, Remote Software Delivery, Global Regulatory Change Management, Communications Strategy, User-Facing Serviceability Feature Delivery, Spare Parts Management, Technical Documentation, and Knowledge-Base Management. The Service Sustaining Board process is measured against defined Key Performance Indicators and has had decreased Lead Times on Change Requests since its inception in June 2016.Directly responsible for the implementation of Molecular Imaging Software Installation Technical Documentation across current and future SPECT and SPECT/CT products. In addition to Technical Document delivery, I am a primary (Serviceability) stakeholder in R&D project execution, which includes Concept Development, Requirements Engineering, Project Road-Mapping, Design Review, Test Strategy, and Product Release.Chair of Siemens Healthineers NEXT Employee Resource Group, which implements site-specific Employee Resource changes targeting the driven professional working to advance their career. My experiences as Chair are not limited to: Event Management, Budget Planning, Leadership Acquisition, Site Marketing, Executive Strategy, and Organizational Change Management. My time as Chair has been in addition to my primary Service deliverables.

The Service Lifecycle Management department delivers a unique combination of Service Technical Documentation, Service Legacy Installed-Base Management, and Serviceability Concept Management for the SPECT (Symbia S, Symbia Evo) and SPECT/CT (Symbia T, Symbia Intevo) portfolio. As a new hire, I was tasked with the delivery of Service-User facing Software Installation documentation, among various other documents. After ramp-up, and in addition to my Technical Documentation deliverables, I re-vitalized the Service Sustaining process and was promoted to a Systems Engineer and hired on as a Full-Time Employee.

Northwestern Medicine's School of Nuclear Medicine Technology provides the fundamental and clinical knowledge required to perform well in the modern Nuclear Medicine department of the United States. NM's Nuclear Medicine department has a stammering reputation and throughput that requires a balanced understanding of radiochemistry, logistics, optimal patient care, and hospital processes to perform optimally. NM's deeply-rooted affiliation with Siemens Healthineers enabled my career as a Product Engineer, a shift from the Clinical Experience.
