Working with clients to understand their requirements, process map and develop software specifications for approval. Working in a distributed team to develop and implement the solution. After installation, support and train the client in the use of the new software. Principal technical expertise in Microsoft Access databases and web development.

Responsible for providing a range of comprehensive and professional Human Resources advice and support services to stakeholders within the Trust. Included providing advice, support and training to non-medical staff and managers on a range of issues: Employment law, employee relations, disciplinary / grievance, staff attendance, performance and conduct issues, policy interpretation and advice / terms and conditions of service, contracts of employment, organisational development and recruitment.

Human Resource management and operational management-support for medical staff. Responsible for: Recruitment, selection and induction of junior hospital medical staff, redesigning working patterns to reduce 'working time', management of medical staffing budgets, quality management of supply of temporary medical staff, medium-term planning of future medical workforce staffing requirements

Design, marketing and delivery of community and commercial first aid training courses, safety & first aid consultancy, planning and coordinating of event medical cover, recruitment and training of staff, invoicing and company administration.

Operational management of acute surgical services. Responsibilities included:Line management and recruitment; resource planning and business activity monitoring. Key Responsibilities: Delivering 'Patient's Charter' and activity targets; managing the department's budget.

Delivery of commercial first aid training and assessment.
