As a digital volunteer crisis counselor since April 2023, I provide effective and compassionate support to young people who reach for help. I also understand and adhere to confidentiality requirements, policies, and protocols.I have over four years of work experience in various roles related to crisis intervention, social security, and community resource advocacy, which have given me a strong passion for helping people in need and a diverse perspective on the challenges and barriers they face. I have demonstrated skills in conducting interviews, advising clients, leading teams, maintaining records, ensuring compliance, and working closely with vulnerable populations.
