Manage site financial transactions, check expenses and prepare voucher for disbursement of cash, encode receipts & disbursement on Orion Finance via remote desktop connection, prepared payroll for salary advances, encoding of Monthly Timesheets for services rendered to clients, generate invoices, resolve employee account disputes/queries. In addition to accounting work, supervise Human Resource Department, i.e. maintenance of employee list, supply of manpower to client, coordinate with head office regarding additional manpower requirement of the client.
