Adventure Guides (formerly known as Indian Guides and Indian Princesses) is a Father/Child program designed to build and strengthen relationships and teach key life lessons through monthly events with other like-minded families (such as group meetings and camping) as well as a Compass Program that provides opportunities for direct one-on-one bonding. The Guides program is based on 7 AIMS that support the core YMCA values of respect, responsibility, honesty, and caring. The Compass Program focuses on community, nature, family and fun.As Senior Program Director, I have financial oversight and P/L responsibility for 12 Expedition groups across 2 YMCA Branches, totaling over 1000 families. Responsibilities also include event planning, contracting, leadership training and fundraising.

Responsible for the growth of the WIDE medical imaging product line. Work with existing distribution channels to increase sales of WIDE diagnostic imaging displays in US and Latin America. Target OEMs for opportunities for product validation and inclusion in catalog offerings. Increase government presence for all WIDE product via GSA and other contract vehicles.

Tasked with developing relationships and increasing growth in GSA/Government account base. Led a team including a dedicated Admin and Customer Service rep. Worked directly with VA Hospitals, VISN Contracting Officers, Army/Naval/Marine/Air Force medical facilities, Indian Health Services, FDA, USDA, National Institutes of Health, Government Resellers, and Government Contractors including Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, and General Dynamics. Manage GSA Schedule Contract. Submitted new GSA/FSS contract offers. Worked with existing vendors for inclusion of product on GSA Schedule. Located new vendors/products for expansion of GSA footprint. Oversaw all bidding/RFP/RFQ activity for Federal/State/Local Government and Educational sectors.Successfully renegotiated existing GSA contract for extension through 2019. Secured 2 new FSS contracts through 2020.Worked with Hospital GPOs (Group Purchasing Organizations) to increase visibility, obtain contracts and improve penetration into untapped contracted facilities, managed existing GPO relationship to increase referrals.
