I was a mental health professional at Red Oak Recovery for around 6 years. I played a major role in the treatment process for over 500 residential clients. This work included counseling, assisted medication administration, intake, wilderness guiding, and much more as a direct care staff member. In the last 3 years at Red Oak, I led, inspired, and coached a dedicated team of direct care staff members as well as coordinated with the logistics, therapy, executive, and admissions teams in efforts to provide the best client care possible.I joined Biltmore Property Group in 2022 to experience a different field. Since joining I have overseen many different projects including commercial and residential building improvements and maintenance.
