As a key member of the Programme Team in a global multi-million dollar programme at this leading corporate information provider, I acted as Delivery Manager of several Projects in this Digital Transformation programme, covering a suite of strategic, highly integrated systems at the heart of what D&B delivers to its Customers. Defining Governance and communicating effectively with all stakeholders, in a global on-shore/off-shore, multi-functional, multi-project environment, matrix managed the delivery these projects and directing Business and IT specialist teams was a key part of my role. In addition to this I had Line Management responsibility for my Project Management team.

I was responsible for improving the robustness, capability and Customer Experience of the Customer facing, Strategic monitoring platform and integrating it into other strategic, US and Asia-Pac based platforms producing a truly global solution, to improve Customer Satisfaction. In addition I implemented several multi-location, complex, Point-of-Arrival scoring projects in the International, US and Canadian businesses.

Within this thought leader in the field of public transport information systems on the web and mobile devices with a turnover of around £2.5M, I was responsible for end to end delivery of a programme of key projects for customers including National Rail Enquiries (NRE), Transport for London (TfL) and Department for Transport. These projects were delivered using the XP agile methodology.

Working, in both project management and business development roles, for the consultancy group of Progress Software I was responsible for managing bid processes, client relationships and end to end delivery of business critical solutions for clients like the BBC, RBS Car Division, Specsavers and Lastminute.com using a combination of traditional and agile (DSDM) methodologies.
