I also help key stakeholders move closer to being in harmony by doing the right things that will prevent differences becoming conflicts, and help reduce and resolve them in the unfortunate event of escalation. This focus stems from my conviction in our "connectedness", the power of "Self belief ", "focus" and the value of "harmony". A life goal is to establish a quality assisted living facility for the visually challenged senior citizens by 2030.The first 5 years of my professional life were spend at Asian Paints, across locations in multiple HR roles learning the ropes of managing in diverse situations.
