I have well over a decade of experience in the online marketing industry and I am passionate about creating products that make an impact to our customers and their marketing campaigns.I work closely with cross-functional and international teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product strategies, determine product vision, and drive product roadmaps. My decisions are mostly data driven with the help of tools such as Hotjar and Amplitude so that we prioritize the most valuable and feasible features. Next to that I am also a certified ScrumMaster and an Agile Coach, and I have successfully implemented agile working methodologies such as OKRs and Kanban in our teams.Outside of working at Awin I love doing all kinds of sports such as Volleyball, Skiing, scuba diving and biking. As a trainer and volleyball coach I also lead teams to succes on the pitch as well as in the office.
