With over twenty years of experience in the cycling industry, I am a passionate and customer-centric Senior Product Manager at HLC. My core competencies include vendor relations, key account management, and financial analysis, which enable me to build and maintain strong partnerships with diverse suppliers and deliver exceptional value to our customers as well as results for the business. I bring a unique perspective and experience to our team, having worked as a Supplier Business Manager at Quality Bicycle Products and a decade in senior leadership at Tree Fort Bikes.As a Senior Product Manager at HLC, I am responsible for overseeing the product life cycle of a portfolio of key brands, from sourcing and procurement to marketing and merchandising. I work closely with the supplier teams to understand their objectives, initiatives, and challenges, and to develop tailored strategies and solutions that leverage HLC's capabilities and go-to-market services. I also collaborate with the internal teams, such as sales, marketing, operations, finance, and supply, to ensure functional integration and alignment across the organization. Some of the skills that I use daily in my role are vendor relations, key account management, and data analysis which help me to communicate effectively, negotiate win-win outcomes, and digest and create narratives from large datasets.
