• Researched and gathered data for GT Vietnam's Doing Business Guide, focusing on the potential markets and priority sectors for FDI in Vietnam.• Supported Business Development Manager in preparing Client Voice Survey's Report, deriving data-driven insights and actionable recommendations for enhanced client satisfaction and business growth.

• Analysed data on all marketing activities and created the Marketing Department's monthly report.• Created weekly EDM (Electronic Direct Mail) sent to more than 10,000 subscribers based on different campaigns.• Researched market competition and enhanced the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

PASS Leader (Peer Assisted Study Sessions) is a scheme facilitated by higher level students that aims to provide new first-year students with a fun, friendly, focused environment where they can enhance their learning.My role was to organise and lead sessions with a group of 20 International Business and Finance students to provide support and guidance on professional development topics.

I represented 120+ students in the International Business course by providing feedback from students on the course to academic and professional staff members. Working in partnership with other course reps within the school, we secure positive, student-led change, making a difference to both students and staff. As a part of this role, we demonstrated a new way to gather feedback more effectively from students, moving away from traditional online surveys and instead using mobile devices while students were in a lecture. This helped improve the number of responses and engagement with students before a student-staff forum. This has driven positive change and led to a much-improved system with which students are far more engaged. As a result, I have also won the Course Rep of the Year award for having “committed an impressively proactive approach to the Course Rep role.

Conducted in-depth market intelligence research on the Vietnamese coffee industry to develop a comprehensive business plan for a new coffee chain. This included creating a detailed business model and financial projections. Gained significant experience in brand building, as well as in starting and managing a coffee business.
