Wearing two hats, I lead the account servicing department while managing my own portfolio of clients. My responsibilities include overseeing the day to day operations of the team, making sure their projects (and mine included) run smoothly end to end. I maintain both current & new client relationships, collaborating with them to re-evaluate/ establish their vision & objectives. Transferable Skills:• Identifying USPs, understanding target audiences & strategic positioning. • Investigating a brief to derive further insights and nuances of a problem.• Structuring thought starters backed with research to guide the creative team to a solution.• Planning content calendar and rollout dates (across mediums) based on the campaign objectives.• Project Management - Planning of milestones and managing tight timelines (not just of clients’ projects but operations of the agency). Anticipating possible problems at every stage.• Co-coordinating with multiple stakeholders & logistics.
