Responsibilities:- Development and launch of WMS solutions for international markets (USA, Europe, Asia, India);- Building a product roadmap, defining a development strategy, standardizing tasks;- Collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and suppliers;- Resource management, attracting investments;- Market and competitor research, analysis of user feedback;- Project documentation management.Achievements:- Conducted research on a new WMS solution to determine strategy of existing WMS product;- WMS solution development for markets of Brazil and South Africa;- Integration update for 20 carriers and about 40 delivery services in US andEuropian markets.

Responsibilities:- Business systems support, analysis and standardization of business processes;- Management, development and implementation of changes;- Global support of initiatives for all markets in Asia and Europe;- Development of recommendations and strategies for optimizing processes to increaseefficiency and productivity of systems;Achievements:- Developed and imlemented API services for the markets of Kazakhstan, Ukraine and European countries;- Integration the company’s ecosystem with the local warehouse system as a pilot.

- Training, support and consulting of specialists and users (Europe, North America andAsia);- Creation of an initiative group (COE Europe - Center of Excellence) with specialists fromthe Netherlands, Hungary, Poland and Ukraine;- Project management for creation and implementation of the concept of new small area warehouses in 7 cities (Nizhny-Novgorod, Krasnodar, Kazan, Ufa, Krasnoyarsk, Surgut, Irkutsk), training for employees,testing processes and scenarios;- Implementation of the mini-warehouse concept in the Indian market. WMS consulting and implementation as SMEs, development and implementation of reporting system for the market;- Implementation of the MetaPack integrator for Russian market;- Implementation of Hybris in Russia, preparation of business requirements, user story, FSD, LLD/HLD and VD for integration with WMS;- Development and implementation of a new API service for the Russian market (availability of a pointpickup for Amway clients on the website);
