- Lead and manage customer service team and the procurement team for all the plant.- Co-ordinate and manage the plant SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Plan) and MPS (Master production Scheduling)processes.- Recognize and manage all demands for products from customers by driving Sales and operation plan and Masterproduction Schedules.- Ensure SIOP/MPS are realistic and consistent with customers’ orders, plant objectives and capacities.- Manage the load of the plant and propose resource allocations regarding customer demands.- Manage inventory.

- As member of project team, manage supply chain activities for new projects (P1/P10), P0 projects and engineering changes (ECR/ECO);- Implement and promote the supply chain standards; train & coach both internal and external project contributors;- Avoid any obsolescence due to new products introduction and product phase out.

- Recognize and manage all demands for products from customers by driving Sales and operation plan and Master production Schedules. - Make sure from the complete customer demand (date & quantity), that this demand will be met- Identify the blocking points and plan appropriate quick actions to solve them- When predicting not delivering on-time, systematically collect reliable information and communicate it to your customer
