Managed and input data into the Executive-Pulse CRM database.Follow up action to assist business owners in reaching their goals and break down barriers to growth and expansion. Developed and launched a PR campaign to raise the profile and awareness of the project amongst business owners, resulting in the story being picked up by 3 local news outlets, Kootenay Business Magazine, and various social media channels.

Reinforced positive brand image and developed lasting relationships with clientele through the active promotion of the organization at various outreach events such as: Calgary Stampede Parade, Revelstoke Canada Day Celebrations, and Kelowna Fat Cat Children's Festival.
