I am an Experienced Project & Logistics Manager with extensive experience leading and executing large-scale initiatives across various industries, including education, publishing, and consumer goods. I have successfully managed complex logistics operations for companies such as EABL, Oxford University Press, Unilever Kenya Ltd, and Moran Publishers Limited, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of critical resources.In my most recent role, I oversaw the distribution of millions of textbooks and educational materials across Kenya as part of the World Bank-funded Free Primary Education Support Project and the Kenya Secondary Education Quality Improvement Project (SEQUIP). My leadership in these projects contributed significantly to improved educational outcomes by ensuring that over 23,000 schools received their resources on time.My expertise lies in optimizing logistics processes, managing project budgets, and implementing risk management strategies to ensure seamless operations.
