 Serve as Responsible Engineer or Lead Development Engineer in technical management role for MUXs/Filters for communication satellite programs which include different frequency bands such as S-Band, C-Band, X-Band, Ku-Band, Ka-Band, Q-Band, V-Band Responsible for the EQSR (Equipment Qualification Status Review), Design Specification, Test Procedure, etc for the MUXs/Filters and lead/manage the product definition/design/development efforts Lead the electrical/mechanical design efforts which include the deliverables such as Electrical Design, Product Structures (Bill of Materials), Assembly drawings, ICDs (Interface Control Drawings) Conduct/organize the Critical Design Review (CDR), Non-Compliance Review (NCR), Test Readiness Review (TRR), Test Review Board (TRB) Manage the program specific MUXs/Filters from Start-to-Finish such as unit/product definition, electrical/mechanical design, test engineering, production engineering, the product delivery by leading/coordinating cross-functional teams such as electrical/mechanical design team, communication payload engineering team, test engineering team, production team  Provide support to quality control team, external satellite customer, satellite program office

 Oversee the design, and development of the Radio Frequency Unit (RFU) for Microwave digital point-to-point radio Specify and qualify the microwave waveguide diplexers, filters etc.

 Oversee and lead the engineering activities including allocating resources to the active engineering projects such as LNA for high volume Cellular Base Station applications  Provide leadership, technical guidance and mentoring to engineers/technicians Prepare proposals for new product development Provide technical support to sales, product management, manufacturing engineering, quality control and customers for existing and new products

 Research and develop the technology in the area of Triple mode and Tunable filter  Design filters/duplexers for high volume Cellular Base Station applications Support preparing proposals for new business development

 Prepare project schedule, and manage project activities Design, develop, and test RF and microwave tunable filters  Support preparing proposals for new business development

 Assimilate RF/Microwave system concepts and transform concepts to functional requirements and system specifications. Design, develop, and test RF and microwave subsystems and components  Provide support in debugging RF and microwave related problems for in-house products Support preparing proposals for new business
