I was the Arrow Platoon Commander at the Valcartier Cadet Training Centre on the Aviation Technology and Aerospace course. In this role I filled two managerial positions simultaneously, leading separate French and English teams to develop and prepare the Aviation Technology and Aerospace course (ATA). I also regularly planned and organized events, field trips, lessons, and activities with limited resources. Furthermore, I managed administrative tasks, data entry, planning, evaluations, and communications using MS Office and specialized software. Lastly, I promoted personal development among staff and Cadets in my platoon.
