CurrentSuccessfully built and launched the MY.GAMES Content Creator Program. Recruited over 400 influencers / creators resulting in 2,500 videos published to YouTube with 1.8M views and 3,800 hours of streams on streaming platforms!Responsibilities:- Target and reach out to new Influencers on major video platforms to establish and maintain long-term partnerships and create unique content strategies. - Collaborate with marketing and production teams to align campaigns and game updates with upcoming influencer content. - Inspire video Influencers by educating them about upcoming content and events to generate engaging branded content. - Lead day-to-day brand partnerships, working with teams across the board for marketing or PR support. - Design and implement Content Creator Revenue Sharing sales strategy.- Maintain and update Influencer pipeline. - Identify the best placements for paid advertising, monitoring and optimizing video campaigns. - Work with marketing team to optimize and grow owned video channels’ audience and view/subscriber ratio. - Strategize with marketing team to develop and implement an ongoing approach to video content creation. - Track and analyze channels and campaigns performance, content, conversion rates to estimate ROI and advise on best strategies.
