Senior Director, Revenue Operations
Current- Hire, lead, and mentor a high performance Revenue Operations team by driving a culture of collaboration and accountability, continuous Salesforce technical training, thought leadership and utilization of best practices in Systems Design and Operational Excellence.- Utilize Business Process Management, Change Management, Project Management and Digital Transformation disciplines for successful and on-time initiatives delivery.- Lead the Workflow & Tools team to devise and implement efficient workflow, both for our internal users and our customers through total ownership of the tech stack including the Salesforce platform and other integrated tools. - Lead the Special Projects team, a group of Project Managers and problem solvers who pull together cross-functional teams to take raw ideas and challenges facing the organization and generate clear recommendations and measurable outcomes.- Partner with senior commercial leadership to find opportunities for Sales and Services to accelerate revenue growth, improve internal business process and oversee successful implementation of technical solutions.- Identify, lead and develop workflow improvements to enhance the customer journey throughout the customer team including Sales, Services, Marketing, Compliance, Legal and Finance.- Develop creative solutions to support business strategies and provide the necessary guidance, process optimization and Salesforce implementation to enable scalability for our commercial organization and allow our internal teams to be effective and productive.- Improve measurement and visibility of performance and operational KPIs to ultimately enhance our customer-first culture.
