As Senior SAP HCM and Successfactors consultant I am responsible for all related activities to SAP HCM projects including but not limited to:• Responding to RFP• Presales activities• System demo to clients• Functional activities (Requirement Gathering, Configuration, Training…)• Project Management activities• Team Lead activities• Configuring Functional solution on development system according to business needs by using SAP techniques.• Fit gaps analysis based on system testing and preparing suitable documentations and configuration.• Developing training documents for training purposes using uperform and other tools.• Conducting training sessions for key and end users to insure their understating for all system functionality.• Working with technical team and creating functional specifications documents for developer’s needs. • Post production support for user’s daily activities to insure smooth flow for system usage.• Monitors, analyzes, tunes and optimize business processes and interfaces in close cooperation with the technology team.• Analyze and tunes data and data migration using advanced tools.• Makes sure that integration with other applications works, both in conceptual design and implementation phases of the projects.• Verifies and implements recommendations in service reports in cooperation with the technology team.• Evaluates, tests, implements, and verifies change requests.• Working closely with PMO and sales team in pre-sales activities and conducting pre-sales presentations and sessions.• Analyzing and integrating principles, techniques, procedures and work practices in making a decision and projecting functional solutions using SAP program.

• Working as business analyst to evaluate business needs by conducting analysis sessions with users.• Developing business blueprint documents based on business requirements gathered during workshops with users• Analyze business process and procedures to find and tune gaps to recommend best practice solutions. • Implementing business requirements by configuring development systems.• Testing system functionality and preparing relevant unit and integration test scripts.• Responsibility for full system configuration and managing team to ensure acceptable quality system evaluating inefficiencies.• Developing detailed user training documents and responsible for conducting training sessions for key and end user.• Working as system administrator and responsible for creating users and assigning roles.• Managing change requests raised by users and management and preparing suitable documents.• Working closely with technical team for system enhancements and customized reporting and developing the functional specification documents.• Acting as business analyst for guidance and assistance in the system process decision making process and working with PMO and technical team in the decision making.• Analyzing and uploading data using the recommended data migration techniques.• Supporting users in their daily transactions on the system

• Preparing user manual for work practices and procedures to obtain business and system requirements. • Designing training sessions for users with systems analysts and developers to determine functional solutions and specifications. • Preparing test script according to principles and techniques of AIM which is necessary for user and training documentation procedures. • Analyze client business and technical requirements through software and system test plans, understanding its functionality and behavior. • Implementing Oracle HRMS R12 full cycle using data and process modeling techniques to attain the optimal business processes, practices and specifications.• Implementing customers' requirements with the application and data processing to ensure all the project management methodologies are followed accordingly. • Identifying the requirements mapping according to clients and business standards of software and programming principles. • Understanding and implementing Oracle Business Accelerator Version 3.0 for E-business suite localized specifically for the Gulf States. • Coordinating with Systems Analysts, Software and Systems Developers and other IT Professionals for new designs, programs, and applications with a direct impact to cost, future purchases, business processes, client demands and requirements. • Acting as a central reference for designing, analyzing system software and implementing new programs to maintain the integrity and quality of the applications.
