Provided concept, design and requirements for online software service for management of IT assets and configurations. Developed requirements for developers and oversaw development team of 15 in India in effort to construct product. Provided guidance and created course materials as well as conducted courses for Siegeworks University, a training program for Information Security professionals. Worked with new vendors to evaluate products for inclusion on the Siegeworks sales line card.

In addition to the duties of the previous position, took on additional duties that included management of Robert Half Internationals global network that include over 400 sites and 5 data centers and Disaster Recovery planning for IT. Overall department budget managed was approximately $15 million with staff size of over 35 employees and between 10 to 15 contractors/consultants.

Implemented Nokia/Checkpoint Firewalls in a high availability configuration for main Robert Half Internet connection as well as international presence in Belgium. Managed 12 employees and annual budget of approximately $2 million.

Brought on to stabilize computing environment and to manage service provider. Developed procedures to improve communications with service provider, which resulted in higher service levels. Stabilized internal Unix and Windows environments as well as network infrastructure. Produced vision for the future of the operations group within the company. Managed team responsible for engineering of operating system standards. Group provided 3rd tier support for customer environments based on Sun Solaris and Windows NT and 2000.
