Supported Advance Composite Center (ACC), Palmdale Aircraft Integration Center (PAIC), and International Suppliers working to sustain product and production improvements for composite and metallic parts. Supported Request for Change/Information (RCIs), Affordability Projects, and Build-to-Print (BTP) release schedules for modifications, re-designs, and producibility of parts. Modified, updated, revised, changed and re-designed composite and metallic parts using CATIA V5 and FiberSIM. Supported production shop by signing tag dispositions from a Design specialty engineering standpoint. Attended Triage board meetings to present engineering solutions, changes, updates, and revisions to management for approval.

F-35 Program. Investigate reports of defective, damaged, or malfunctioning parts, assemblies, equipment, or systems to determine the scope of the reported problem. Evaluate findings of these investigations to formulate a corrective action plan to bring discrepancies within Engineering specifications in order to continue aircraft production.
