As a member of the Just Lincolnshire team at YMCA Lincolnshire, I’m focused on a project based in Lincoln Abbey Ward. This project concentrates on the effects of anti-social behavior (ASB) on local residents and workers. Our goal is to gain a deeper understanding by capturing the narratives and experiences of those involved in ASB and then presenting this knowledge to decision-makers and the local authority.

This role focussed on the management of the College's web presence ensuring the existing web presence is upgraded, maintained and any additional needs met.As part of this role, my areas of expertise are:- The management and use of digital and social media marketing channels- The design of simple and engaging content on University webpages- The development of Wordpress sites- The production of video, animation, and photography- The training of staff members in online media technologies- The improvement of web pages using SEO and analytics.

My role as Online Media Intern was to assist the College of Social Science in the establishment and implementation of an online media strategy. Working in conjunction with the University’s REF submission, I’ve helped develop 27 websites and have assisted academic users by producing innovative and exciting media content in accordance with University’s communications policy.

During my time at Off the Bench I worked as part of a production team filming corporate and promotional videos for clients across the UK. I was also responsible for sharing video content through the use of digital and social media marketing channels
