Growing Kings, Inc. is a registered 501©3 non-profit organization that develops and implements innovative mentoring and enrichment programs designed for adolescent males. The organization has established partnerships with select public schools based on their percentage of students that receive reduced and free lunch, the students’ in-school behavioral data, and the students’ standardized test performance. One of our key goals is to foster strong relationships with targeted at-risk youth in order to provide positive direction that will lead towards progressive thinking in all facets of life. Our programming engages 4th-12th grade at-risk male students through weekly curricula, with a focus on insuring that all of our students graduate high school ready for college or to begin a career. Our programs build a continuum that tracks and follows students throughout their formative school years, and into higher education.Growing Kings was founded in 2009, in direct response to the alarming number of adolescent males failing in various areas of life. The organization is positioned to curve this negative trend through innovative programming that transforms at-risk urban male youth into young men of integrity and high character. Growing Kings develops partnerships with targeted schools, corporations, foundations, and community organizations and leaders, to build cooperatives that work to enhance life-skills, insure high school graduation, and provide young men with the tools needed to be successful in their matriculation into manhood. Through our programming, we offer students the opportunity to engage adult males who have an enduring commitment to our value statement of, Building Stronger Men Every Day. Our program sessions provide lessons, workshops, and activities that highlight and teach the proper steps that a young man must take to become successful, and the leaders that our communities need to overcome poverty and disparity.

• Prepared accurate and timely financial budgeting and forecasting reports for the Operations division, which included company travel,supplies, maintenance, small & large repairs, and utilities• Created various financial models to analyze trends and variances within the various Operations’ areas which allowed for ease indetermining areas of opportunities for cost reduction and margin improvement• Prepared standard and ad hoc management reports, financial analyses, and communications/presentations upon request on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis• Developed and implemented a company wide budgeting model, which resulted in ease in the extrapolation of data into ESSbase and Hyperion financial systems

• Developed an NPV model for a plant sourcing project, and ensured that the model provided an audit trail of previous iterations to understand trends and anticipate future risks• Completed a cost component database for North America that allowed ease in retrieving and understanding cost components for personal cleansing products; and organized the database into an Excel model• Conducted a benchmarking study of global P&G plants’ supply chains that provided findings of analysis and recommendations for synergistic and cost reduction opportunities• Analyzed material differences between site cost elements to identify key benchmarking metrics
