M&A project in banking, acting as PO with the SREs and DEVs team, dealing with the provisioning and adjustments of solutions to the new structure according to the established integration plan and customer compliance.In a project focused on Agribusiness, still in banking, I worked as a SM in management with POs in defining, structuring and prioritizing the initiatives and epics necessary to meet the product roadmap, guided by the OKRs established for the FY and, therefore, helping the creation and prioritization of necessary demands, structuring them into epics and initiatives within a project plan.Adoption of an end-to-end Kanban system to control the Upstream flow (necessary for a better approach to ideation, maturation and prototyping of new product features when necessary), and Downstream flow reflecting the current state of Sprint. Conducting backlog building and backlog review agendas. Presentation of Executive Status Report.As an agile culture evangelist, I work on PO training in the adoption of the Scrum framework, the agile manifesto and Kanban. Working with developers, conducting Scrum ceremonies, managing KPIs (such as burndown, velocity, flow diagram, control chart, throughput, wip) and quality indicators, providing feedback and working on adjustment strategies with the team, managing conflicts and removing impediments .
