● Responsible for all auction sales, floor pricing, negotiating sale amounts, and reconditioning for the entire fleet of lease returns.● Traveled to and/or developed relationships with 50+ auctions nationwide to maintain corporate identity within the industry and to ensure proper representation and lane positioning at auctions, translating to the highest possible net return on each sale. ● Determined all pre-sale reconditioning to vehicles to achieve highest net return on investment based on detailed sales strategies and industry knowledge. Worked with 3rd party vendors to repair, clean, and improve overall quality of fleet to be sold for retail or wholesale. ● Directly sold to wholesale buyers and retail locations across the United States and Canada in person or via phone/email. ● Attended conferences, industry conventions, manufacturer product previews, and car shows to keep up with current trends, best practices, and products.● Purchased vehicles for lease clients through physical lane bidding and online auction platforms (OVE, Dealerblock, Pipeline, etc)
